These Terms and Conditions govern the automated text-message notification service operated by Full Counsel Ministries.

1. SMS Notification Service

Full Counsel Ministries may send automated text messages to designated and authorized church administrators for internal event-management purposes.

Messages may be triggered when an individual submits an RSVP or event registration through the Full Counsel Ministries website or Wix Events platform.

Messages may include:

• The event name

• The registrant’s name

• The registrant’s contact information

• The number of guests attending

• Other information needed to manage the registration​
   

2. Consent to Receive Messages

The receiving administrator voluntarily provides their mobile telephone number and agrees to receive automated operational text messages from Full Counsel Ministries.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the number of event registrations and RSVPs received.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s wireless carrier and mobile-service plan.

Full Counsel Ministries is not responsible for charges imposed by a wireless carrier.

5. Opting Out

The recipient may stop receiving messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After opting out, the recipient may receive one final confirmation message.

6. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery may be affected by cellular coverage, device settings, carrier filtering, technical interruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of Full Counsel Ministries.

7. Privacy

Information collected and used in connection with the SMS notification service is handled according to the Full Counsel Ministries Privacy Policy.

Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

Full Counsel Ministries may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be posted on the church website with a revised effective date.
